Lock Down Officially Over - UK

So I finally returned to England a week ago after 3months working away and until now all I really wanted to do was enjoy the ride and connect with myself without the camera rolling enjoying incredible rides through the famous 'English Lake District' and throwing in numerous hikes seeking a little solitude as I readjusted to home life, now i'm totally ready to prepare my go pros and create new content for my You Tube channel.

I've come home to a very beautiful warm and sunny British spring and although I love riding in any weather you just can't beat dry, sunny and warm conditions and England is just a beautiful natural landscape.

In the months away I constantly found myself planning various rides, going over and over in my head and on paper routes that appealed to me so over the next few weeks I have a commitment in Scotland and will use this opportunity to finally ride the North Coast 500, covering some of the most breathtaking scenery this stunning country has to offer, so, stay tuned for a Scottish Special.

Ultimately the goal is to still undertake my first real large scale motorcycle adventure, but timing is everything. As we battle covid and things get better we seem to further diversify in rules of nations bordering each other and as such 'what works here, doesn't work there' type situation.

So the plan now is to simply wait till an adequate window presents itself where the joy of the ride won't be ruined by excessive law/ rules or even risk an out of the blue lockdown.

The idea is to enjoy adventure and i'm happy to remain patient and make a calculated decision when the time presents itself.

Be Happy, Strong & Healthy
